This poster of beauty and the beast mentions the 'literacy campaign', and bringing in more libraries. this relates to the film as Belle is an idol for the younger audiences and represents her love for books, this is supposed to encourage children into reading. Also, by using a disney fairytale as the  representation gives the impression that the literacy campaign and takes you to a fairytale. At the time this a campaign called 'the national literacy trust' had come out, who are a charity working with schools and communities to give disadvantaged children the literacy skills to succeed in life. Therefore, this poster is targeting, not just the wonders of reading and a child's dreams and imagination, but the awareness for a campaign supporting the children.
